California Independent Film Festival organizers say two planned screenings at 4 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. this coming Saturday sold out so a third screening is being offered at 12:30 p.m. that day.
Oscar Nominee Mary Badham, who played Scout in the movie, will make three special appearances with Q&A following each screening time (12:30 PM, 4 PM, and 7:30 PM), according to the folks at CAIFF.
EastBayDaze regards "To Kill a Mockingbird" as a film classic, with a lyrical narrative and nary a car chase or explosion to be found. Treat yourself to any early appearance by Robert Duvall and more...
Tickets are available online at www.caiff.org or at the Orinda Theatre Box Office: $15- General Admission; $10- Seniors & Students

We're going. And we like you guys more every day we read you! Where is Atticus now that we need him?
Great movie. And now something to do saturday!!
Never seen it but will go.. or rent it!
Always like black and white movies. They're very powerful and this one is just a master work of pacing and character development. I miss movies like this and will be going saturday!
Yes we could use an Atticus Finch around right now. The moral compass the country needs.
Very nice to see people still like these old films instead of the formulaic crap Hollywood is churning out these days. Great movies have stories and characters and plots and twists and messages. This movie has all that. We're coming from Oakland to see it.
